Finding the right therapist is important. A complimentary 15-minute consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss what brings you here, answer your questions, and explore whether Oria Collective feels like the right fit.
There is no pressure or obligation—just a chance to connect before deciding on next steps.

Insurance & Reimbursement
Understanding your coverage.
Many extended health benefit plans include coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend confirming the details directly with your insurance provider.
Before your first appointment
Contact your insurance provider and ask whether your plan covers services provided by a Registered Social Worker with an MSW designation.
You may also wish to confirm your annual maximum, any per-session limit, and whether your plan requires a referral.
Oria Collective cannot guarantee reimbursement because coverage, eligibility, and claim decisions are determined by each insurance provider and individual benefit plan.
Practical Details
What to expect.
Clear payment and scheduling information helps you know what to expect before your first appointment.
Credit Card Payment
Credit card is the primary payment method. Your card is stored securely through Jane and charged after each appointment. An itemized receipt is emailed automatically once payment is processed.
e-Transfer
If credit card payment is not possible, e-Transfer may be arranged. Payment must be received before the scheduled appointment so the session can proceed as planned.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are billed at the full session fee.
Payment and cancellation details are reviewed in the consent agreement before therapy begins. Questions are always welcome if anything needs clarification.
